For a last chance vacation we zipped up to Park City for some family fun! After a full day of swimming, snack, swimming, nap, snack and swimming some more, we decided to switch things up a bit on the second day. From our hotel window we could see the ski lifts running, so we thought we'd better check em' out. The kids were not excited to not be swimming, but by the time we were through with the day Nate said he liked the hiking better then swimming! We went up two ski lifts. The second was a one way ticket, which made me of course...nervous! It was a quick mile and a half down, but still! We ended up having a blast! Laurens little legs didn't get her far so I got to carry her most of the way and Hailey enjoyed the scenery from Dads shoulders. It was so fun! On the way down it started to sprinkle just before we made it down to the restaurant it started to poor! We made it just in time for warm hot chocolate and mountain dew, at the restaurant below! We had soo much fun! Our kids are just so enjoyable to be with! It's so fun to show them new things and take then on new adventures. Just months ago, Adam and I were at this hotel without the kids. Although we really enjoyed the "without children" life...we thought about what fun they could be having there experiencing it all with us! We know-we are pathetic!
